The body of the 7MHVS-5A Touchscreen Vickers Hardness Tester is formed through a single casting process and undergoes prolonged aging treatment. Compared to spliced panel construction, this design minimizes long-term deformation and effectively adapts to various harsh environments. It is suitable for hardness testing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, IC thin sheets, surface coatings, laminated metals, glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, thin plastics, as well as the depth and gradient of carburized and quenched layers. It is particularly well-suited for precision Vickers measurements of parallel planes, micro-components, and ultra-thin parts.

1. The main body is formed through a single casting process and undergoes prolonged aging treatment. Compared to spliced panel construction, this design minimizes long-term deformation and effectively adapts to various harsh environments.

2. It features automotive-grade baked enamel paint, which offers a high-quality finish, excellent scratch resistance, and retains a like-new, glossy appearance for years.

3. The optical system, designed by senior optical engineers, provides clear images and can function as a simple microscope. With adjustable brightness and comfortable viewing, it minimizes eye strain during prolonged operation.

4. The tester ensures high measurement accuracy and is characterized by simple operation, high sensitivity, user-friendly handling, and stable readings. It utilizes a closed-loop electronic control system to apply test forces, fully automating the process of force application, dwell time, and removal. Hardness values are displayed directly. Its modular design allows for immediate startup and use without the need for installing weights.

5. Options include a CCD image processing system and a video measurement device.

6. Its accuracy complies with GB/T4340.2, ISO6507-2, and ASTM E384 standards.
