The Alpha-610 automatic polishing machine is a single platen automatic grinder polisher. The machine has two types of pressurization: center loading and single point loading, and can be equipped with an optional 4 sets of peristaltic pump drip system. Twenty sets of commonly used grinding processes can be set and stored in the system, enabling highly repeatable test results to be obtained easily and quickly.
The MT-1H Automatic Hot Mounting Machine is equipped with a 7-inchtouch screen for intuitive operation. It features a hydraulic pressing system, making it suitable for hot mounting of various materials. Designed for versatility and efficiency, the system ensures consistent, high-quality specimen preparation.
The UVmount is a cold mounting system that utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light to rapidly cure resin in as little as 60 seconds. By pouring the liquid resin into dedicated molds and placing them inside the chamber, up to 20 fully transparent specimens can be prepared simultaneously.
The 7MHVS-1000A Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is primarily used for measuring the micro Vickers hardness of various metals and some non-metallic materials. It can also be employed to observe the internal metallographic structure of metal components, as well as capture, display, and print images.
